How much do projects cost?
Our projects are quoted to meet the needs of each individual client. Following the submission of the enquiry form, we will get in touch with you to further discuss your wants/needs to ensure we are the right fit for you. After we clearly determine your requirements, we will then email you a proposal and quote.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! We understand that branding can be a sizeable but worthwhile business investment. We require a 50% project deposit to get started and the remainder can be split up into installments to make the investment easier for you. Payment terms will be outlined in the contract. We do require that the final payment is paid before we release the final files.
How long do projects take?
Projects typically take from 2-6 weeks to complete. Timeframes do vary depending on the scale of the project you require. We’ll include a project timeline within the proposal and contract so that we are agreed on dates and deadlines.
I already have a logo, can I work with you?
At our core, we are a design & brand strategy studio. Therefore, a crucial part of our process includes an in-depth planning and strategy portion that informs our designs. To ensure your brand identity is cohesive throughout all collateral pieces and platforms we highly recommend exploring your brand identity with us. We will review submissions for standalone services but will only accept those we believe can fit with your current brand visualization and strategy.
How does the booking process work?
You will begin by filling out the enquiry form in the contact section of our website. We will review your submission within 3 business days. If we feel that we would make a good match, we will send you a proposal and quote. Once we’ve received approval for both of these, we will send a contract and the first invoice. Signing the contract and payment of the project deposit will ensure you’re booked. Then we are good to go and will kick off our project together on the agreed-upon date. From there, the magic will begin!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfer payments for Canadian clients only. All international payments are to be made via PayPal. Please note there will be a service charge for PayPal payments.
